Hot Caramel Coffee

A few Sundays ago, after working 6 days straight, it was a well needed morning of coffee and pug cuddles in our house.

And when I say coffee, I mean an amazing hot caramel coffee!

The flavour profile of our cold drip coffee includes caramel (the others are dark chocolate and almonds) so it’s a perfect combo. It was so delicious it was hard not to inhale the lot in one mouthful and then go make another one!

While I heated my coffee on the stove, a microwave is also an easy quick option. I added in flavourless collogen for a bit of goodness but if you don’t have any on hand you can omit.

Method:

Add all ingredients to a pan and gently heat, stirring continuously.  Pour into a mug and enjoy!
