Cold Drip Coffee Aperol Spritz

There are lots of greats of cocktails you can make with our cold drip coffee, not just the classic martini! My fav atm is a very refreshing coffee, Aperol and prosecco spritz.

Make it yourself, close your eyes and think of a beautiful summer day.

Ingredients:

• 60ml cold drip coffee
• 30ml prosecco
• 30ml Aperol
• slice of dehydrated orange 

Method:

Add all ingredients (except for the orange slice) into a mixing jug and stir gently with a spoon. Pour into a champagne flute and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
