Coffee, Lime and Soda
By the late afternoon I sometimes need to stretch my legs after sitting all day and a good excuse is to make a coffee lime and soda. This also doubles as a great mocktail.
The secret to this recipe is the fresh lime juice, it adds the right amount of acidity to this refreshing drink.
As someone who wears glasses, I recommend you juice a few limes at a time. Not only will you have fresh lime juice on hand, but you’ll also reduce the number of times you’ll accidently squeeze lime juice onto your glasses!
Ingredients:
- 100ml cold drip coffee
- 200ml soda water
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- Dehydrated lime slice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method:
Pour the cold drip coffee and then soda water into a glass, gently mix through the lime juice and garnish with a dehydrated lime slice.
