Coffee, Lime & Soda
By the late afternoon I sometimes need to stretch my legs after sitting all day and a good excuse is to make a coffee lime and soda. This also doubles as a great mocktail.
The secret to this recipe is the fresh lime juice, it adds the right amount of acidity to this refreshing drink.
As someone who wears glasses, I recommend you juice a few limes at a time. Not only will you have fresh lime juice on hand, but you’ll also reduce the number of times you’ll accidently squeeze lime juice onto your glasses!
Check out my coffee, lime and soda recipe below.
- 100ml cold drip coffee
- 200ml soda water
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
Pour the cold drip coffee and then soda water into a glass and mix gently through the lime juice.
