Cold Drip Coffee Daiquiri
A lovely and tasty coffee cocktail recipe. The sweetness of the simple syrup combined with the white rum and coffee gives this cocktail an enjoyable and pleasant crispness.
- 60ml of cold drip coffee
- 60ml white rum
- 15ml of simple syrup
Combine the rum, cold drip coffee and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker add ice and shake.
To make a simple syrup dissolve equal parts sugar in equal part hot water and cool. It will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
