Cold Drip Daiquiri
The tiny touch of sweetness in a simple syrup really makes this drink, plus the white rum adds a pleasant crispness.
- 2 shots (60ml) of cold drip coffee
- 2 shots (60ml) white rum
- 1/2 shot (15ml) of simple syrup
Pour the rum, cold drip coffee and syrup into a shaker and shake with ice.
To make a simple syrup dissolve equal parts sugar in qual part hot water and cool. It will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
