A favourite mid-morning snack for me is an iced coffee and some homemade protein balls.
While dairy is a (deservedly) popular option, since I can’t have dairy, I usually make mine with coconut milk. Just saying our cold drip coffee is a great combo for any type of milk you choose.
- 1/3 cup (80ml) cold drip coffee
- 2/3 cup (160ml) milk (plant or dairy)
Mix coffee and milk together gently in a tall glass and serve over ice.
