Cold Drip Coffee, Gin and Tonic
My favourite cocktail after a long week is very much a G&T (is that heresy not picking an espresso martini?)
With so many fantastic gin and different flavoured tonics out there it's a different drink every time I make and enjoy this tasty cocktail.
I thought it was high time I create a recipe combining my favourite cocktail with my favourite coffee. The below recipe is lovely, understated, and delicious. Be warned, it can be hard to stop at one.
Interestingly, one of the reasons for dehydrating fruit initially was for my G&Ts and now we have a whole range of different citrus fruit slices to try. My favourite for this recipe is definitely the orange slice.
Ingredients:
- 30ml cold drip coffee
- 30ml gin
- 125ml tonic water
- Dehydrated fruit slice
Method:
Pour the cold drip coffee and gin into a glass add ice and top with the tonic water. Garnish with a dehydrated citrus slice.
Serves 1
If you wanted to drink this coffee at night don't forget we also have a decaf cold drip coffee available. 99.8% caffeine free.
